The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated

- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

Très bon garde-boue facile à installer et à démonter. Ne bouge pas. Empêche bien les projections de boue. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande.

an meinem Alltagsrad - Einsatz von Straße bis Schlammwege ; die Montage ist zwar ein bisschen frikelig, bis man dan passenden Konus gefunden hast, dafür hällt es bombenfest, egal auf welchem Untergrund ; die Optik ist natürlich Geschmacksache (an mein Bike passt es super und mir gefällt's) ; Funktion als Wasser- und Schmutzfänger: durch den breiten hinteren "Lappen" fängt es selbst bei eingeschlagenem Vorderrad den meissten Dreck weg. Fazit: hält bombenfest (ohne Wackeln, Verrutschen oder Verdrehen) und macht zuverlässig seinen Job

Am Pendlerrad für die Stadt. Schützt noch besser als erwartet. Ungleichmäßiger Abstand vom Reifen, ohne viel Verstellmöglichkeiten - macht an meiner Starrgabel (die keine Ösen hat) keine Probleme, aber sieht nicht so toll aus. Die Motocross-Optik mit dem hochstehenden vorderen Teil ist auch nicht so meins.
