Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated

Product information "Ultimate Tubeless Sealant 2.0"
The original sealant formulation, released 2.5 years ago, was designed primarily for effective puncture sealing by maximizing the surface area of the liquid latex for enhanced performance. Pro racers valued its convenience, as they frequently changed tires based on race conditions and could easily pour in fresh sealant without needing to inject it through the valve. However, silca heard two main concerns from more casual cyclists—it dried out quickly when not in use, and its composition of the longer strand carbon fiber made injection difficult and problematic, leading to a potentially messy installation if not handled carefully.
Lastly, the old Natural Latex formula needed a two-step process to stay liquid longer. That has been eliminated with the new blend of natural and synthetic latex. SILCA Ultimate Sealant Is a one-step process lasting +6 months and still, above all else, sealing punctures on race day.
Features - Silca Ultimate Tubeless Sealant 2.0
- Sealing performance: Seals punctures up to 6+ mm - 25% more than conventional sealants - for reliable performance in a wide range of conditions
- Durable formula: Hybrid latex (blend of natural and synthetic latex) extends durability up to 6+ months (depending on environmental conditions)
- Fiberfoam® technology: Tiny carbon fibres form a strong "fibre dam" for a faster seal with minimal air loss
- These fibres are 400% stiffer than glass fibres and ensure fast and effective puncture protection
- Cold weather performance: Works in temperatures down to -15°C for year-round reliability Ease of application: Injected through the valve cores for easy installation
- Available in 1L, 500ml and 65ml

Evaluations
Average rating of 2.7 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 2 out of 5 stars
It clogs up constantly my Clik valves cores, while Schwalbe Doc Blue and Peaty's BioFibre on my other bikes does not. Can't say anything about punctures yet as I haven't had any.
Average rating of 1 out of 5 stars
Sehr enttäuschend. Selbst kleine Löcher werden nicht abgedichtet. Selbst am Gravelrad mit wenig Druck im Reifen wurde kleiner Einstich nicht dicht.
Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars
