Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Frame-size in cm: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.61. Frame size in inch: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.24.If the theoretical value lies between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- Rather the smaller frame size when riding sportsmanlikely
- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated
- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

Product information "GRX FC-RX600 2x11-speed Crank 46/30"
For gravel, road and cyclocross use: Shimano GRX 2x11-speed FC-RX600 Crank 46/30T
All versions feature a 2.5mm wider chain line that gives more space in the frame design and wider tyres. GRX 1-speed cranks minimize the complexity of shifting only at the rear of the cassette (optional RX800/600 40T cassettes or RX800 42T cassettes), and are equipped with chainrings with SHIMANO's DYNAMIC CHAIN ENGAGEMENT+ toothed treads that provide optimal chain retention especially on bumpy surfaces. The GRX RX810 2-speed crank, on the other hand, is characterised by the specific 17-tooth difference between the large 48T and small 31T chainrings, the widest gradation of all SHIMANO components to date. Together with the 46-30T cranks of the RX600 series (10-speed and 11-speed), the 2-speed cranks of the GRX family thus offer more than enough bandwidth for super steep climbs and high speeds in the flat or on descents.
SHIMANO's GRX, the first Gravel-specific component family designed for both fast progress and safe bike handling on loose surfaces, is the result of an intensive and extensive research, testing and development process that incorporates information and feedback from countless riders on trails, forest tracks, gravel tracks and asphalt all over the world.Features - GRX FC-RX600 2x11-speed Crank 46/30

Envío rápido, pedido el 6/10 llegada a España el 11/10. Muy bien embalado el paquete precio muy competitivo, en cuanto al producto Shimano no defrauda muy sencilla su instalación
Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars
Crude in appearance and heavy (like a non-series Shimano part) when compared to 7000 series 105 - not really worth it for a 20% cost saving. Does give lower ratios for gravel use, where the weight is less of an issue.
