Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Frame-size in cm: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.61. Frame size in inch: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.24.If the theoretical value lies between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- Rather the smaller frame size when riding sportsmanlikely
- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated
- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

Product information "DURA ACE FC-R9200 12-speed crank 50/34 TOP-DEAL"
The new design of the Shimano Dura Ace FC-R9200 2 x 12-speed HOLLOWTECH II crankset not only brings with it an iconic look and aesthetic, but also ensures even better performance (without original packaging).
THE SCIENCE OF SPEED: Shimano Dura Ace 2x12-speed cranks FC-R9200
Shimano has been working for years to give you a lead of seconds. The new 12-speed DURA-ACE R9200 is the fastest groupset ever and the pinnacle of SHIMANO technology and innovation. Speed was the driving force behind the development of this new generation road bike groupset. That's why every component has been revised, refined and optimised to make you even faster - whether as a breakaway from the peloton or in the final sprint on the Champs-Élysées.
The DURA-ACE FC-R9200 crank performs two crucial tasks: It converts pedalling power into propulsion and ensures extremely fast and precise shifting at the front. At the same time, the new FC-R9200-P power meter, which measures on both sides, processes all this data with outstanding accuracy. In addition, the lightweight HOLLOWTECH II crankarms and SHIMANO's leading chainring design also help to secure the FC-R9200 an absolute top position! It is also available with different crank arm lengths and chainring options, so there is the right crank for everyone.

Technologies
HOLLOWGLIDE - Hollow large chainring
The extremely rigid hollow structure reduces the weight while maintaining the same strength. Better power transmission and faster, more precise front shifting.
HOLLOWTECH II - Perfect balance between stiffness, stability, weight and rotational efficiency
The HOLLOWTECH II technology concept was designed to produce an optimised crankset that minimises the effort required by the rider to drive the drivetrain. The high rigidity of the crankset ensures efficient power transmission when pedalling, while its low weight takes the strain off the rider, especially on longer journeys. The crankset was developed with a view to optimising the ratio between stiffness and low weight. HOLLOWTECH technology enables extremely light, hollow crankarms that are manufactured using SHIMANO's exclusive forging technology to maximise stiffness. In addition, the HOLLOWTECH II crankset has the right crank firmly connected to the axle of the bottom bracket, which achieves an optimum balance between maximum stiffness and minimum weight. The externally mounted bottom bracket offers better weight distribution and more stability, which ensures more efficient power transmission.
