LINKGLIDE enables smoother, quieter pedalling and gear changes that are barely noticeable. The optimised design of the LINKGLIDE shift guides ensures a smoother transition between the sprockets, preventing jumps that can interfere with shifting and a smooth pedalling action. This design improvement is particularly noticeable when shifting up, as the shift impact is more noticeable due to the greater forces involved.

The E-Tube platform offers optimum flexibility. E-Tube transmits interactive signals and supplies power to all components via ‘plug & play’ connections. E-Tube is resistant to corrosion, expansion and frost, and ensures low maintenance requirements. And the SM-PCE1 connection device establishes a link between the PC and the components to update the firmware. Digital devices remain up to date through firmware updates and offer improved performance.
