Ich fahre ihn jetzt seit ein paar Monaten, 45mm Tubeless auf 25mm Maulweite. 1,9 bar vorne, 2,1 hinten. Rheingau, Taunus, Korsika Das erste, was mir aufgefallen ist, war die Sicherheit auf der Strasse. Es macht richtig Spaß, damit um die Ecken zu fahren. Dass er dabei nicht rollt, wie ein Slick, versteht sich von selbst, aber das sieht man nur auf dem Computer, es fühlt sich schneller an. Wenn man ihn dann artgerecht nutzt, wirds sensationell. Wo ich vorher mit dem Allround längst keinen Grip mehr hatte, gehts immer noch weiter bergauf. Egal ob Dreck, Schotter oder felsiger/steiniger Untergrund. Angst macht er bei der dann bei der Bremsperformance auf Schotter oder losem Weg. Oder in Kurven! Man will gar nicht aufhören. Dass er dabei noch gut aussieht und dem Gravelbike eine echte Offroad-Optik gibt, ist das Geschenk obendrauf! Als ich mir dann vor Kurzem ein zweites gebrauchtes Gravelbike gekauft habe, hat es mich bei der ersten Fahrt in heimischem Terrain hingelegt. Der darauf montierte Overland war kein Vergleich und hat auf leichtem Schotter gleich vorne versagt. Kein Vergleich also.
