Technologies
High-modulus carbon fibre
Unlike conventional carbon cranksets, the Aldhu Carbon cranksets are manufactured from high-modulus carbon fibre, which is produced via a high-temperature graphitisation process at over 2000 ºC. The result is exceptional stiffness, outstanding dimensional stability and highly efficient power transfer.
30 mm axle
Aldhu Carbon cranks are available exclusively with our 30 mm axles. This offers a significant advantage, as the axle is made from 7075-T6 aluminium and its larger-diameter design makes it both lighter and stiffer.
Twin Leg Technology
The patented interface between the crankarms and the axle allows for easy assembly whilst ensuring a secure fit. This design solves a specific problem: power loss is mainly caused by the axle twisting under pedalling load.
