The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated

(Größe 9,0 gewählt bei 22cm Handumfang -> eigentlich wären es 8,5 lt. Größenberater!) Passform & Sizing Die Größentabelle ist nur bedingt verlässlich. Bei 22cm Handumfang und Größe 9,0 werden die Finger merklich gequetscht – Unterhandschuhe sind bei Tabellengröße damit ausgeschlossen. Ob das Material sich noch nennenswert einträgt und formt wollte ich nicht provozieren. Manschette & Klettverschluss Positiv überraschend: Die Manschettenlänge ist perfekt dimensioniert. Der Klettverschluss hält den Ärmel zuverlässig im eng sitzenden Handschuh fixiert – gut durchdacht und im Alltag sehr praktisch. Daumenpartie Der aufwändig verstärkte Daumen ist der kritische Punkt. Durch die mehrlagige Stickung und Patchwork-Verstärkung verhält sich dieser Bereich deutlich steifer als der Rest des Handschuhs und formt die Hand regelrecht vor. Man sieht das auch leider nicht in den Produktbildern. Die "Pistolenpartie" – Daumen und Zeigefinger gespreizt – wird bereits nach 10 Minuten unangenehm, unabhängig von der Handhaltung. Eine Gewöhnung daran war für mich nicht möglich. Verarbeitung Insgesamt auf hohem Niveau – ein kleiner Abzug: Eines der Patches im Daumenbereich war bereits aus der Verpackung leicht fusselig. Wind und Wasserdichtigkeit Nicht im Regen bzw. Fahrt getestet da schon zu Hause nicht angenehm zu tragen war. Touch-Funktion Funktioniert – aber nur orthogonal zum Display. Bedienung mit Daumenspitze oder -seite wie gewohnt ist nicht möglich. Grip und taktiles Feedback Highlight. Die Gripzonen sind hervorragend platziert: Smartphone einhändig aus der Top-Tube-Bag greifen funktioniert tadellos. Am Rennradlenker ebenso überzeugend.
