The backhand is made from ROECK-PROOF® Atlas, a PFC-free 3-layer softshell fabric that flexes with every movement of the fingers and hands and also provides reliable warmth. In terms of fit and robustness, the RANTEN 2 scores points with the RAIL FINGER CUT with slightly pre-curved fingers, where the material has been pulled over the fingertips for even better wear protection. There is also an ergonomic palm design with foam padding and the COMFORT-INNOVATION from Roeckl Sports, a seamless padding of the crook of the thumb, which is particularly stressed when biking. Auf den ersten Blick vermittelt der Handschuh den Eindruck, dass er in Größe 7 riesig ist. Dieser Eindruck ändert sich auch nicht nach dem anprobieren. Mit einem Handumfang von 19.5 cm habe ich mnich für Größe 7 entschieden (18.9 cm), da ich keine zu weiten Handschuhe mag und bei Röckel normalerweise mit 6,5 und 7 gut klar komme. Leider ist dieser Handschuh deutlich zu weit in Größe 7. Darüber hinaus ist er viel zu lang. An jedem Finger ist gut ein Daumen breit Platz nach vorne. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich damit beim Rennrad schalten kann. Tatsächlich ist dieser Handschuh innen weiter und länger als derMontalin in Größe 8, den sich mein Mann bestellt hat. Schade. Da er ansonsten einen sehr guten Materialeindruck vermittelt, gut verarbeitet wirkt und sich angenhem anfühlt gibt es 3 Punkte. Die Größenangaben stimmen leider gar nicht.
