When it comes to getting from A to B as quickly as possible, aerodynamics, comfort, low weight and ergonomic access to nutrition are what matter most. The Restrap Lightweight Hydration Vest combines these features in a minimalist design, developed specifically for fast races and demanding endurance rides. Building on the award-winning Race Hydration Vest, the overall volume has been reduced, breathability improved and the weight lowered, without compromising on key functions. This further development was created in collaboration with winners of UCI gravel races, FKT record holders and specialists in one-day races. The result is a hydration vest developed from the ground up to meet the highest standards of weight and functionality.
The lightweight mesh construction features four elasticated pockets on the front and one elasticated pocket under each arm. The fully elasticated fabric allows for unrestricted freedom of movement whilst cycling. The minimalist chest fastening system can be adjusted and opened with just one hand, allowing for quick adjustments at feed zones. There is a compartment on the back for the included hydration bladder. The hydration tube can be routed over both shoulders and securely fastened using a magnetic clip when not in use. An additional elasticated back pocket provides space for an extra layer of clothing should the weather conditions change. Reflective details improve visibility in the dark.
