Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Frame-size in cm: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.61. Frame size in inch: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.24.If the theoretical value lies between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- Rather the smaller frame size when riding sportsmanlikely
- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated
- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

Product information "Torque Wrench 1/4" 2-24 Nm fixable"
Radon equips your bike workshop
Torque wrenches are precision tools that allow bolted connections to be tightened with exactly the force recommended or specified by the manufacturer. Especially for frames and add-on parts made of carbon, the correct torque, which is given in newton meters (Nm), must be observed. However, the correct tightening torque also ensures that the connection is not overstressed for all other materials.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Torque wrenches are normally not intended to loosen threaded joints, neither in left nor right rotation (screws with left-hand threads are rare, but they are available, e.g. the left pedal!). The loosening of screw connections destroys the sensitive mechanics of the torque wrench. The measuring accuracy is then no longer guaranteed. Inappropriate storage can also affect the accuracy. A torque wrench must always be stored in a released position , i.e. at the lowest adjustable value!
And another important tip at this point: Before using the torque wrench for the first time, we recommend moving it 3 times over the entire scale so that the grease is distributed evenly in the mechanism.

Evaluations
Average rating of 4.12 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Einfach einzustellen und zu bedienen. Liegt gut in der Hand. Drehmomentprüfung nur für rechtsgängige Schrauben möglich.
Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 1 out of 5 stars
Leider nach 2 Jahren kaputt gegangen.
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars
little accurate at low torque, and little accurate display.
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars
Naja!

Schnelle Verstellung, Verstellschutz, Gut ablesbar
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Praktisches Teil, das einen wertigen Eindruck macht. In jeder besseren Hobby-(Fahrrad-)Werkstatt gut zu gebrauchen.
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Super tool.
Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars
Good balance quality/price. The only but, is that only measure the torque when you turn clockwise. In you need to tight any special bolt counter clockwise, don't use this wrench or you could over tight it.
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Really like to use it. No more guessing :)
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars
Funktioniert super und macht einen wertigen Eindruck.
