Radon Service Partner

From now on, if you order from H&S Bike-Discount, you have the possibility to let your bike be sent to one of our service partners.

These service partners are authorized specialty retailers as well as authorized service centers, who receive the ordered bike for you, mount it ready for use and keep it at your disposal until you pick it up there. You as our customer are thus relieved from the organisation of its collection, the mounting of the bike and the disposal of its packaging. Additionally, our service partners also grant the safe, professional initial mounting. The payment of the order will be effected by us as usual. In case of warranty, our service department decides, if the repair is to be done at bike-discount or at a service partner of your choice.

This service-option is being offered to you during the process of ordering.

We point out that by confirming this option, a new service contract regarding the above-mentioned service is concluded with the selected service partner; this contract is irrespective of the sales contract with us. The costs arising therefrom are born from us as the dispatcher on a pro-rata basis so that you as the customer only have to bear 40,- € (in Switzerland 120,- CHF) per non-motorized bike and 60,- (in Switzerland 150,- CHF) for an eBike. This amount is to be paid directly at the service partner upon the collection of the bike.

Of course our service partners are also looking forward to being at your disposal as a contact person on-site after the purchase - for maintenance work and repairing of your bikes. We will constantly extend the existing network of service partners with the intention to be able to offer all our customers a comfortable alternative with this service.
