The Dottore Hybrid is a key and iconic product in the Q36.5 range. These long cycling tights were developed for intensive training during the off-season and early winter and belong to the ‘Wind Control’ category. They are made entirely from Q36.5’s proprietary ‘UF-Hybrid Shell PLUS™’ technology. The high-density woven fabric features a smart fibre on the inside, made from residues left over from coffee bean processing, which provides an additional warming effect. The fibre attracts long-wave infrared rays from the environment, thereby warming the body.
Measurements by Q36.5 show a temperature increase of 1 °C compared with the previous Dottore Hybrid. The cut and construction of the new version are designed to be minimalist and are based on Q36.5’s ergonomic pattern design, which uses only a minimum number of strategically placed seams. Anti-stress panels reduce central seams in the crotch area. The laser-cut finish also allows for the elimination of unnecessary seams. The targeted alignment of the panels in the direction of the pedal stroke makes optimal use of the fabric’s vectorial elasticity and supports freedom of movement whilst cycling.
The Dottore Hybrid has been tested at over 110 rpm and offers maximum freedom of movement whilst remaining lightweight. It is suitable for cold, dry conditions as well as wet weather and features reflective inserts. A Dyneema® insert in the seat area ensures increased durability. The Q LAB Air Chamois is based on Elastic Interface® CyTech Italy.

The Q36.5 fit is specifically designed to support an ergonomic riding position. The pre-shaped garments are optimised for the riding position and may feel slightly tight or form small creases when standing upright. In the riding position, these characteristics disappear, ensuring high comfort, aerodynamic performance and maximum freedom of movement.
UF-Hybrid Shell PLUS
This is a high-density woven fabric that has been given an additional warming effect thanks to a smart fibre on the inside, known as the ‘heat fibre’ – produced from the residues of coffee bean processing. The fibre attracts long-wave infrared rays from the environment, thereby warming the body.
Q LAB Air Chamois
The Q LAB Air Chamois seat pad technology has been further developed: the seam design allows two separate layers to move independently of one another, thereby adapting to the rider’s position. The open-air construction reduces friction typically caused by seams and overlapping fabric.
