Textile / SyntheticsEigentlich hatte ich mich für den Shimano XC 502 'breit' entschlossen, dieser zeigte sich aber vollkommen ungeeignet in der Passform: zu schmal zu kurz. Und dabei hatte Shimano immer gepasst. Bin dann zu dem Northwave gewechselt, welcher ideal passt. Es ist mein 3. Paar Northwave (inkl. Winterstiefel) und alle passen ideal für breitere Füße und drücken auch bei Laufabschitten nicht. Bei meinem bisherigen 'Sommerschuh' empfand ich das Material innen im Fersenbereich nicht gut: binnen 1 Jahr verschlissen. Der 'Hammer' hingegen hat hier eine Verstärkung (s. schwarze Gummierung über er Sohle), so dass ich hier eine deutliche Verbesserung erhoffe. Zudem verleiht diese rundumlaufende Gummierung auch etwas mehr Stabilität. Vom PLV her ist Northwave topp und passt ideal zur Anatomie meiner Füsse..
Northwave Hammer Plus Wide - MTB Shoes 43,5. Eindelijk voor mijn brede voorvoeten en lage wreef een top schoen. Omdat bike discount ook halve maten kan leveren is dit ideaal voor moeilijke voeten. Voor het eerst since jaren zonder pijn op de mountainbike gezeten. Heerlijk comfortabel en zit goed in de hiel waardoor trapefficentie sterk beter is.
