Included in the kit is a 75ml measure of Muc-Off Drivetrain Cleaner. This revolutionary little liquid can be either sprayed over the drivetrain or poured directly into the top reservoir of the machine, which is then released by a control button. This ensures the application of the cleaner is quick and easy to control. The X-3 machine and Drivetrain Cleaner partner up to attack the worst of grease and grime from every possible angle to deliver the ultimate, deep clean on even the dirtiest bike chains.
The abrasive cleaning teeth and rotating brush wheels which have 120 contact points cover all areas of the individual chain link for a deep and thorough clean. Finally the excess dirty fluid drops into a second lower reservoir so it’s kept away from the clean chain. No more recycled grime all over the chain! Muc-Off Drivetrain Cleaner is fully biodegradable and is safe to be disposed of down the drain if you previously used one of our bio chain lubes!

Die Handhabung muß man schon ein wenig üben, sonst kann es einem passieren, daß die Kette vom Pedalritzel springt. Die Reinigungswirkung ist sehr gut und die Kettenreinigung erfolgt in kurzer Zeit. Nur noch abspülen, trocknen und neues Schmiermittel auftragen. Aber man sollte sich von dem Gedanke frei machen, daß man keine schmutzigen Finger dabei bekommt.

Reinigt die Kette Perfect in kurzer Zeit.
Super! Kette sieht danach aus wie neu. Selbst die Innenseiten der Glieder! Kostet mich max. 10 Minuten. Danach abspülen, trocknen lassen und gründlich ölen.
Es funktioniert hervorragend
My chain went from black to shiny silver. Great tool and excellent degreaser. The only downside is, that the degreaser only last for 2 washes, at least I could only clean 2 road bike chains. When spraying on the chainring it will get all over your hand and the solution feels very oily, the sprayer is not so great (use gloves). At least it smells good. It does what it should do, and it does it very well.
You have to use a bike stand to get your chain horizontal. Solvent drips very slowly from the container. It is made out of cheap plastic, mine even came with a small part broken. Use is not as comfortable as advertised but it does get the chain very clean.
