The Mavic Ksyrium SL Heritage rear wheel combines legendary reliability with an individual look and modern technology. The super-light ISM4D rim weighs just 400 g and offers agile, controlled handling thanks to the aero spokes and 22 mm profile.
Fore technology provides additional stiffness, while the redesigned Infinity hub design with durable bearings ensures maximum stability. The ID360 freehub makes power transmission particularly efficient. The optimized UST tubeless system increases comfort, speed, and puncture resistance—ideal for everyday use with disc brakes.

- Maxtal aluminium alloy - Light and strong. Exclusive to Mavic, this specific aluminum alloy offers a higher strength to weight ratio than conventional 6106 alloy.
- ISM light rim technology - Strong where it matters, light everywhere else
- Infinity hub design - Efficient power transfer thanks to optimised non-contact spoke lacing (no noise under load) and tension distribution. The length of the spokes at the front and rear is identical. Maintenance is easy thanks to a tool-free solution.
- Fore technology - Stiffer and stronger. Instead of being drilled, the lower rim bridge is pushed up on the inside, then threaded to enable the spoke nipples to be directly screwed in it, leaving the upper rim bridge intact.
- Instant Drive 360 freehub technology - The new Instant Drive 360 freewheel system is super light and efficient. A large contactless rubber seal provides low friction, while a wide array of end caps makes it super versatile.
- UST tubeless technology - Traction and control. Universal Standard for Tubeless. Ready to ride tubeless system. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort whilst reducing inertia and flats.
- SUP welding technology - Soudé Usiné Process, stronger and smoother joint. After bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a smooth finish.
- QRM Auto bearing preload technology - Qualité de Roulements Mavic Auto. Those cartridge bearings are of course double sealed with C3 internal clearance. Their preload is automatically adjusted to guarantee a perfect spin with no play on the long run.
