Mavic has optimized this jacket thanks to a new, exclusive stretch nylon material, making it ultra-light and very packable, while the ripstop texture of the fabric provides additional durability. The jacket is made from a highly technical nylon material "made in Japan" and is completely windproof. This high-performance fabric increases your freedom of movement and still fits close to the body so that it doesn't flap in the wind and retains body heat. To maximize breathability, Mavic has added a ventilation slit at the back and laser openings at the sides to wick away sweat and ensure good moisture management. The jacket can be stowed in a jersey pocket once compressed in its own back pocket. The fabric has a water-repellent treatment without being a real rain jacket. Last but not least, retroreflective branding ensures visibility in low light conditions.
