The Mavic Cosmic SLR 32 Carbon front wheel is the ideal companion for mountain bikers and combines lightweight construction, efficiency and precision. The 32 mm deep carbon rim is fully tubeless-ready and specifically reinforced thanks to Adaptive Layup - strong where necessary and light everywhere else, with up to 70 g weight saving per rim.
The FORE system ensures a stiffer, more durable rim-spoke connection and a 100% airtight tubeless assembly. High-quality Mavic ceramic bearings reduce friction, increase durability, and guarantee a particularly smooth ride. The Cosmic SLR 32 delivers maximum performance and agility on every climb.
Features - Mavic Cosmic SLR 32 Carbon
- Infinity hub design - Efficient power transfer thanks to optimised non-contact spoke lacing (no noise under load) and tension distribution. The length of the spokes at the front and rear is identical. Maintenance is easy thanks to a tool-free solution.
- Fore technology - Stiffer and stronger. Instead of being drilled, the lower rim bridge is pushed up on the inside, then threaded to enable the spoke nipples to be directly screwed in it, leaving the upper rim bridge intact.
- UST tubeless technology - Traction and control. Universal Standard for Tubeless. Ready to ride tubeless system. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort whilst reducing inertia and flats.
