Thanks to our highly developed machines and processes, Carbotecture® is indeed a dream material, from which smooth surfaces can be created in almost any complex shape – and this is also how we make our rigid yet lightweight brake masters. We increase the resistance of our Carbotecture SL® material by integrating medium-length carbon fibres into the polyamides instead of short fibres – and this also reduces the weight of the material. The brake masters of our award-winning MT disc brake series are made of Carbotecture® and Carbotecture SL®.
Yet another of our materials is Carbolay®. It is produced in a fully automated procedure, during which a textile process is used to position the carbon fibres according to load. The fibres are then automatically impregnated with resin in a mould. This process enables us to produce Carbolay® lever blades in an attractive and ergonomically optimized form – and the blades also achieve perfect finger force transmission thanks to their high degree of rigidity and low weights.
I've been riding with Magura brakes for several years now and so far they've never let me down. The MT7 has particularly impressed me with its extremely high braking power. Despite the power that the brake provides, it can be very precisely controlled. One point I would really like to highlight is that Magura offers you the option of using different brake levers. This allows you to customise your brake even more to your preferences. The Magura MT7 is an exceptionally high-quality brake. No broken brake levers or wandering pressure points whatsoever. Advice: It's worth carefully breaking in the brake according to the instructions so as not to lose any braking power.

I freni sono potenti e modulabili, ma sono deboli, il meccanismo di ritenzione della leva mi si è rotto da entrambi i lati dopo 1 sola uscita (senza cadute) , l'impianto ha delle cavità che facilmente trattengono bolle d'aria, il ché ne rende difficile lo spurgo. Il meccanismo di regolazione BAT (del punto d'attacco) è debole. Non li ricomprerei!
Best brakes on scene. Reassembling the cable at the lever needs special attention: keep your cable pushing while tightening the fixing screw!
Geilste Bremse die ich kenne. Hab auch eine xtr die ist auch gut, aber an die mt7 kommt sie nicht ran.

Alles Top gelaufen von Bike Discount. Die Magura Mt7 Hc Pro ist eine super Investition in eine Bremse. Sehr Hitze resistent, sauber Druckpunkt und immer mit Reserven im Trail oder Bikepark. Einen Stern zieh ich ab weil das Einstellen der Sättel sehr genau erfolgen muss. Man hat kein großes Spiel. Es gibt Bremsen die da mehr verzeihen. Wer weiß was er tut ist mit MT7 super bedient. Habe auch die passenden Scheiben von Magura benutzt ( MDR-P CL vorn 203mm hinten 180mm) Klare Kaufempfehlung
