COMFORT GEL AIR
Particularly developed for very long tours on race saddles. With state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, the various materials are pressed to one single, anatomically designed seat pad: Two different seat pad sizes for small (up to size 48) and larger (size 50 upwards) sizes enable optimized fit.
- The compact core zone is reinforced with a dens
- Shock-absorbing gel-foam-mix (12mm)
- The entirely perforated surface provides for pleasant ventilation and low weight
- Altogether an athletic seat pad, ideal for long distances and frequent riders
HOTBOND®
With the unique hotBOND® technology, highly elastic materials are spot welded together using ultra-sound. For pants and jerseys, this means: no seams which could chafe or pinch on longer tours. The connections are seamless, extremely flat, elastic, and long-lasting. The hotBOND® bikewear feels like a second skin. The best is that hotBOND® pants and jerseys are 100% made in Austria.
ELASTIC
The special Elastane fibre construction is developed in the innovative LÖFFLER's own knitting factory. It features excellent durable two-way stretch achieving maximum freedom of movement and perfect fit. The super-ealstic DIMPLE ELASTIC with dimple structure (golf ball structure) follows every movement, is very light, highly breathable and dries very quickly. In addition aerodynamic advantages could be measured in wind tunnel tests. The development of the material was done in close cooperation with the Austrian Ski Association (ÖSV).
