The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated

The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. Mir gefällt das Langarmtrikot sehr gut, da es an den Armen enger anliegt als am Körper. Die Ärmelenden wirken robust, der ganze Stoff schön vernäht mit einigen sinnvollen Extras. Hier wurde scheinbar auch an die wichtige Ergonomie geachtet. Ich trage Größe M und es passt mir sehr gut, ohne am Körper __zu eng, oder zu weit zu sein__, was den Tragekomfort verbessert. Vorallem der Kompressionsstrick an den Ärmel mit Weste-Optik gefällt gut. Schickes Logo auf beiden Ärmel. Endlich mal ein Shirt ohne Kunststoff-Logos die durchs waschen schnell verblassen, verkleben, oder starr werden. Hier sind die tollen Logos schick verwebt und somit haltbarer! Die Belüftung an den Armen wirkt robust. Der kühlende Stoff macht Sinn. Das Rückenteil ist weder zu kurz noch zu lang- Top! Die Ärmel wirken vielleicht 1-2 cm länger, aber das hat auch den Vorteil, dass man diese bei Bedarf komplett über das Handgelenk ziehen kann. Aber eine Sache hat mir nicht ganz gefallen: Aus Erfahrung weiß ich, das die Laseröffnungen mit der Zeit kaputt gehen, wodurch das Shirt zerrissen aussieht. Hier hätten auch Mesh-Einsätze genügt, weil diese langlebiger sind. Und das versteckte "Brillenputztuch" konnte ich nicht finden. Vielleicht weiß es jemand vom Bike-Discount-Team und kann mir helfen. :)
