How to use
- Clean the chain with a dry cloth
- Important: also clean the sprockets, chainrings and shifting rollers
- To remove dirt or sand, use a brush
- The chain must be dry before applying KMC GO WAX
- Shake the bottle and apply to the inside of the chain (one complete turn)
- Do not wipe off excess wax. Allow to dry completely before riding - especially in wet conditions

Mein Vorgänger hat leider eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht mit dem KMC Go Wax. Ich habe es bei meiner Frau an einem E-bike und bei einer Sram Flat Kette am MTB aufgetragen. Wichtig war die Entfettung der Ketten,- tatsächlich ist es eine klebrige Flüssigkeit, nach 7x Stunden war alles perfekt in die Laschen gegangen. Leiserer Kettenlauf, schnellere Schaltvorgänge und immer saubere Kette mit wenig Stauanhaftung. Ich trainiere für MTB Rennen und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Am Rennrad fahre ich noch mein innobike zu Ende, werde auf jeden Fall auf Wachs umsteigen.
Das KMC Go Wax wurde in Kombination mit einer vorgewachsten KMC-Kette auf einem komplett neuen Antrieb eingesetzt. Das Ergebnis ist ernüchternd. Leider bildet das Wachs nach Durchtrocknen bei mir eine schmierige, klebrige Masse, die Staub und Dreck anzieht. Im Vergleich zu einer geölten Kette ist der Kettenlauf erschwert, das Schaltverhalten merklich schlechter. Anders als in der Gebrauchsanweisung dargestellt, lässt sich die Masse nicht einfach mit einem trockenen Tuch oder einer Bürste entfernen.
