Beiliegende Anleitung angeschaut. Danach geschmeidig und ohne viel Kraftaufwand DUB Lager ausgebaut und neues Lager wieder in den Carbonrahmen eingepresst.
Hat bei einem Sram DUB Innenlager sehr gut funktioniert. Anleitung liegt bei.
In über 30 Jahren Rennradfahren, habe ich mir beim Schrauben vieles selbst beigebracht bzw. angeeignet, sodass ich sehr viele Arbeiten selbst durchführen kann. Auch habe ich mittlerweile einiges an Werkzeug. Die Zeit hat es aber mit sich gebracht, dass man davon vieles nicht mehr nutzen kann und man was neues benötigt. In diesem Fall war es das Montagewerkzeug für ein Press Fit Innenlager. Ich hatte anfangs, hinsichtlich der Arbeiten so meine Bedenken, wollte dafür aber auch nicht den Radhändler aufsuchen. Nachdem das Werkzeug nun schon etliche Zeit darauf wartete zum Einsatz zu kommen, war es heute so weit. Da ich mit Gebrauchsanweisungen grundsätzlich meine Probleme habe, benötigte ich eine gewisse Zeit, bis ich hier den Durchblick hatte. Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Das Teil ist einwandfrei. Bei der Demontage war ich ein bisschen vorsichtig, aber hier auf jeden Fall immer weiter drehen, auch wenn es zwischendurch knackst. Der erste Teil des Innenlagers kommt dann schon, beim zweiten geht's ruckzuck. Das Einbauen ist noch leichter. Man kann eigentlich nichts verkehrt machen. Unterm Strich ein tolles Werkzeug zur De- und Montage des Innenlagers.
Vergesst alle Werkzeuge zum ausschlagen und nehmt dieses hier. In 5 min waren die Lager raus und in nochmal 5 min wieder drin. Fühlt sich auch hochwertig an. Ihr braucht zusätzlich einen 17er Schlüssel und einen 8er Inbus.
Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Werkzeug, erheblich weniger Bammel beim Austreiben danebenzuhauen. Genaugenommen gar kein Bammel mehr. Eingesetzt habe ich das Teil bei Alu und Carbonrahmen, alles ganz entspannt.
Das Tretlager in Pressfit war lange mein Angstthema. Hab´s immer machen lassen. Mit diesem Werkzeug funktioniert der Einbau tadellos. Super Sache..... Ausbau der Lager auch ohne Gewalt und Hammer etc.. Alles bestens...
High quality tool. Used for BB92/carbon frame and BB came out really easily. No more nerve wrecking banging with hammer and Park tool BBT 90.3 or similar.
Ich habe mit dem Tool das erste mal ein DUB pressfit Lager an meinem Carbon Rahmen getauscht, aus und einpressen ging innerhalb einer halben Stunde und hinterließ nicht eine Macke am Lack des Rahmens. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung! Das Werkzeug funktioniert top und hat gerade beim Auspressen der Lager riesige Vorteile gegenüber normalen Austreibern! So macht das Arbeiten wirklich Spaß! Und im Vergleich zu den Profitools bekannter Hersteller ist es preislich wirklich überzeugend!
Meine absolute Empfehlung. Excellent funktionell. Für alle Aktionen nur 8er Inbus und 17er Gabelschlüssel nötig. Ausbau sowohl von Kunststoff-, wie auch Alu-Schalen war perfekt leicht. Ebenso Einbau eines Katana-PreßFit-Lagers (Alu-Gehäuse mit O-Oing auf Paßfläche) beidseitig auf einen Durchgang komplett ohne Probleme.

Habe hiermit zum ersten mal ein Innenlager gewechselt. Aus- und einpressen hat super funktioniert. Tolles Tool!
Überzeugendes Gerät , kann ich nur empfehlen . Nutze es bei meinen Karbonrahmen .
