Please note the following information when ordering bulky items that have to be shipped by a forwarding agent:

According to a new law in your country, we are obliged from 2 June 2025 to digitally transfer your tax number to the logistics partner if it is a so-called general cargo shipment that is sent by a forwarding agent (e.g. bicycles, bicycle racks, etc.).

The law is intended to increase the transparency of goods movements and thus improve control of the tax burden.

For traders, we need the VAT identification number.

For private customers, we need the private tax number
