Works as intended. Numbers are a bit hard to read but you can judge where it is anyway just by looking at it. The instructions on the video are incorrect, as you need to place the start of the tool on the inner plates, not on the outer plates. It is particularly helpful that they included the 0.1 mark, which is the relevant standard for single speed chains and is usually absent from these tools.
