Verarbeitung top, Anleitung schlecht, Montage schwierig. Normalerweise ignoriere ich Warnungen von Nutzern über schwierige Montage, da ich eine gut ausgestattete Werkstatt besitze und leidenschaftlich gerne "heimwerke". Doch hier ist eine entsprechende Warnung für Laien angebracht. Der erste Schritt in der Anleitung ist einfach: 2x 5mm Löcher bohren. Metallbohrer ist nicht enthalten und wo genau man bohren muss, muss man sich eben selbst erdenken. Ebenfalls ungünstig ist, dass die variablen Stützen am Hinterblech mit zwei Madenschrauben *innen* fixiert werden müssen - und das noch mit Drehmomentschlüssel. Somit ist das Ausrichten und Festschrauben mit Rad nicht möglich, und man muss nach dem Ausrichten das Rad herausnehmen. Ich habe dadurch (selbstverschuldet) eine Schraube im Gewinde meines Fahrradrahmens verkantet, wodurch ich das Gewinde nachschneiden musste. Wen diese Beschreibung bereits abschreckt, dem rate ich einen Kauf ab. Ansonsten macht alles aber einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck!
Excellent mudguards. With my bike flawless and easy installation. Yes, you'll need to drill a couple of 5mm holes, and probably cut a pair of tubes, but it is not a hassle. The installation instructions are pretty clear.
