Suggested Usage

• Recommended is the consumption of a gel 15 minutes before exposure and then every 30 to 45 minutes during exercise.
• Max. 4 pouch per day.
• The Coffee and Cola flavour have a high caffeine content (67 mg/100 g; 40 mg/pouch), and are not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women.
• The Orange flavour has a high caffeine content (33 mg/100 g; 20 mg/pouch), and is not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women.
