The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated

Die Hose passt sehr gut und ist sehr bequem. Ich habe sie von -3C bis 5C getragen und sie ist sehr gut. Ich trage immer eine andere dünne Hose, weil ich nicht wie ein Superhero aussehen will. Die Polsterung ist sehr gut. Mein Sattel passt mir nicht gut und ist sehr unbequem (ich muss ihn wechseln), trotzdem 2,5 Stunden fahren war mit der gepolsterten Hose kein Problem.

Ist meine erste Radhose, habe daher keinen Vergleich. Aber: Hose paßt perfekt, extrem angenehm zu tragen. Hab sie heute bei knapp 10° das erste Mal ausgeführt, wettermäßig war alles dabei (Sonne, Wolken, Regen) - bergauf war mir nicht heiß, bergab war mir nicht kalt. Absolute Empfehlung! | Update nach mehrwöchiger Nutzung: habe die Hose nun im Temparaturbereich von 20° bis 0° getestet und kann meine ursprüngliche Bewertung nur bestätigen: top! Bei 20° ist die Hose schon fast zu warm (aber noch OK); viel wichtiger für mich war aber die Frage ob ich für den Winter (damit meine ich Temperaturen um den Gefierpunkt herum) nicht noch eine wärmere Hose brauchen würde. Danach sieht es derzeit nicht wirklich aus - bei mehreren Ausfahrten bei 0° bis 1° ist mir nach 1-2 Stunden überall sonst (Zehen, Finger, Oberkörper) kalt, nur an den Füßen nicht. Natürlich kommt mangels Windstopper-Material ab gewissen Geschwindigkeiten der Wind spürbar durch (ab ca. 50-60 km/h); nachdem ich aber nur mit dem MTB unterwegs bin spielt das bei mir praktisch keine Rolle (weil auch bergab im Gelände deutlich langsamer unterwegs). Zudem finde ich die bisher als Alternative getesteten Winter-Tights mit Windstopper-Material nicht so angenehm zu tragen (v.a. in Punkto Bewegungsfreiheit bei den Knien). Werde jetzt noch Softshell-Pants testen und wenn dort auch nichts passendes dabei sein sollte dann wird die Gore C3 Thermo wohl meine MTB-Hose sowohl für die Übergangszeit als auch für den Winter bleiben.
