The progressive shape of the helmet offers a deep protection zone and a complete in-mould hard shell cover ensures long-lasting durability with low weight. The soft Ionic+™ pads provide exceptional sweat absorption and have an antimicrobial effect. The large ventilation openings in combination with the deep air channels ensure comfortable ventilation. The Montaro III can also be perfectly combined with safety goggles (goggles).
For this purpose, it has non-slip zones on the back for the goggle strap and a visor that can be adjusted in 2 positions so that the goggles can be placed on the front of the helmet.

In-Mould
With the In-Mould construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single step during the foaming process. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. This production process also makes it possible to mould significantly better ventilation systems and ventilation openings. Compared to traditional helmets, in-mould helmets are therefore lighter and have significantly better ventilation systems.
MIPS® Multidirectional Impact Protection System
MIPS® is a sliding plane system within the helmet designed to slow down or absorb the amount of energy transmitted towards or away from the head.
Roc Loc Air
The revolutionary Roc Loc® Air Fit System has the same outstanding features as the Roc Loc® 5, plus it impressively increases airflow and ventilation inside the helmet. The unique design creates a small air cushion between the helmet shell and the head, allowing the air to flow and cool the head without compromising on fit and comfort.
