CVP technology
The continuously variable planetary CVP technology is at the heart of Enviolo’s bicycle gear systems. The hub contains rotating balls that enable an unlimited number of gear ratios across its range. From the input power from the pedals via the ring on the right-hand side And the output from the left-hand ring to the wheel.
A specially developed oil in the hub housing ensures effortless shifting from one gear to the next. This makes shifting under load and pedalling a breeze. The whole system is controlled via a manual or automatic twist grip, which tilts the rotating balls and thereby changes the gear ratio. This has enabled Bosch to save almost half of the housing's CO₂ emissions. Secondly, Bosch uses recycled plastic for some components in the drive unit - thereby supporting the circular economy.

Use the eBike Flow app to download new functions and updates for components such as the battery or motor and send them to your eBike via Bluetooth. This keeps it up to date and gives you more options.
Record activities
Record your tour and fitness data as soon as you set off. For iPhone users, Activity Tracking also synchronizes all data automatically with Apple Health if desired. If you take a break, the recording stops automatically.
Individualize riding modes
Customize the riding mode exactly to your needs: You can fine-tune the Eco, Tour, Sport and Turbo riding modes so that they offer you more support or consume less power.
Keep an eye on everything

Minimalist navigation function
The Kiox 500 display offers a clear and free navigation function that allows you to plan your route in the eBike Flow app or import it from komoot. Via Bluetooth, the route is transferred to your display, with an arrow showing your position and clear turn-by-turn directions showing you the way. The Kiox 500 even provides audible cues, such as before turns. It displays arrival time, distance, time remaining and range depending on the riding mode, which you can easily access via the control panel.
Customizable display
The Kiox 500 display also allows you to customize the display via the eBike Flow app. You can define the order and content of the screens and personalize the status bar according to your wishes. This way, you get exactly the information you need during your ride.
Display as a key
Another innovative feature is the ability to use the Kiox 500 display as a key for your eBike. You can remove it from the mount and store it safely to protect your eBike. Replace the display to activate motor assist and continue your ride.
Boost performance and motivation
