The closure system with the micro-adjustable BOA L6 DIAL C roller and the 5 lace guides positioned on a large area of the upper guarantees a uniform closure and a constant seal without pressure points. The round part of the BOA reel is made of soft rubber to ensure excellent grip during use. Boa Technology guarantees the spool and cables of the BOA closure system for the entire life of the product. The all-new integrated anti-slip heel cap does not deform or weaken. With its anti-tendonitis shape, it allows the best stability and control of the foot. EPS Transpirant Insole is ultra-light, offers high comfort, is breathable and replaceable.
Directly from Gaerne's research and development department comes the new "MTB 2DENSITY SOLE". A new sole that has been specially developed for mountain bike use. The structure of the sole combines nylon and fiberglass materials, making it resistant, light and thin. The tread pattern has been developed to provide maximum grip/stability and excellent resistance to different types of terrain.

The patented "BOA L6®" closure system consists of twist locks with stainless steel pulls that enable unparalleled fine adjustment. The combination of these elements allows the rider a perfect fixation of the foot with no pressure points. The absence of Velcro fasteners allows maximum air circulation in the forefoot.
AIR VENTILATION SYSTEM
All Gaerne shoes offer excellent breathability and a perfect climate.
TRANSPIRANT INNER-SOLE
The inner sole is anatomically shaped for optimum comfort. Micro-pöros for good ventilation. Replaceable.
