Whether you're sprinting to the meeting across town or trying to break the record on your new favourite trail, the new AWL (Adventure without limits) E-SUV fork will get you to your destination safely and in style. With a new chassis, RAIL damper and 100 travel, the AWL is equipped to forgive you every rock and root as well as potholes and kerbs. The AWL is equipped with integrated mounts for lights and mudguards, as well as a new accessory mounting standard for maximum safety on the road. The AWL's robust chassis is available in both 27.5" and 29" wheel sizes and has been rigorously tested to a total weight of 169kg.

The new AWL fork is based on the proven FOX 34 chassis and utilises FOX Racing's extensive experience in developing the world's best performing off-road suspension systems. With its lightweight but stiff 34 mm stanchions and a precision-cast magnesium lower section, the AWL ensures precise handling without unwanted flex and guarantees optimum long-term performance, regardless of weather and dirt. Thanks to the infinitely adjustable EVOL air spring and the tried-and-tested rail damper, performance and adjustability are paramount. The externally adjustable rebound and compression damping is tool-less and easily accessible, while the sealed rail damper system offers exceptional performance, bombproof reliability and effortless maintenance.

Technologies

FLOAT air spring - patented air equalisation technology
The FLOAT air suspension system for the 32, 34 and 40 is lighter and reduces the release force for compression, which ensures excellent riding comfort and better response to smaller bumps for all riders and at all pressure settings. Similar to our FLOAT shocks, the new FLOAT system has positive and negative air springs that automatically equalise in use to give the rider exactly the desired suspension behaviour. The progressivity of the spring characteristic can be adjusted via air volume spacers, allowing the rider to fine-tune the spring behaviour of the air spring.

EVOL
A more linear spring curve gives EVOL forks and shocks smoother top-end spring behaviour, extra mid-travel support and more tunable end progression. EVOL technology has an increased negative air spring volume. Specially positioned and dimensioned with optimum sensitivity to small bumps.

Air Volume Spacers
The FLOAT air spring on Fox forks and shocks can be fine-tuned by using volume spacers to make the suspension elements more progressive or less progressive. This allows the rider to fine-tune the suspension exactly to their needs.

15QR
Avoid performance losses due to a thru axle of inferior quality. In co-operation with Shimano, we have developed an axle that is extremely light and stiff and can be fitted without tools. You'll appreciate the reliability of this thru-axle when you're riding over rocks, roots and through bushes.
