I bought this model because my SF Men was destroyed in a bike crash and was not on stock when I wanted to order it. Interestingly, the SF Men was the M/L version, the ST Gel Men is S/M and they have exactly the same width. The outer shapes are nearly identical and I cannot tell any difference in comfort so far. It's easy to slide your position on either of them, both handle long days flawlessly, but the ST Gel seems to like a more upright posture then the SF.
