Für mich Ideal
Die Matte schützt den Boden entsprechend gut, vor Beschädigung, Schweiß und Schmutz. Sie ist gut rutschfest. Über die Dämmwirkung bzgl. Schallübertragung kann ich nichts sagen, aber es hat sich noch kein Nachbar beschwert.
