Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Frame-size in cm: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.61. Frame size in inch: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.24.If the theoretical value lies between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:

- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated
- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

Product information "Stereo ONE44 C:62 Race 29 blackline"
FRAME Cube Stereo ONE44 C:62 Race 29
Don't judge a book by its cover, so the saying goes... but the Stereo ONE44 C:62's elegant lines are definitely more than skin deep. Speaking of which, the C:62® Advanced Twin Mold construction is a great place to start. With an emphasis on ultimate practicality and performance on the trail, it's small details like the threaded bottom bracket and headset with angle adjustment inserts that help make the difference. There's a storage compartment built into the down tube and room for a specially designed bag to carry all your essentials. And the trunnion shock and semi-integrated seat clamp are the finishing touches to this precise, trail-devouring machine.
Technologies
Advanced Twin Mold
CUBE's Advanced Twin Mold process for the C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames uses two precise molds. The first ensures an exact layup, the second (the inner core) holds each individual fiber in its intended position while the frame hardens. The result is an extremely light, stable chassis with a fiber density that is optimally matched to the more heavily loaded nodes.
C:62® Carbon Fiber Technology
Not all carbon is the same. In C:62® Carbon, CUBE has increased the proportion of high-modulus fibers and then reinforced the material with finely dispersed nanoparticles incorporated into the bonding resin system. In other words, this special material is maximally stable, light and durable.
Bearing shells for angle adjustment in the head tube
When playing with gravity, on hairy trails and when every second counts in a race, the geometry of your CUBE bike often tips the scales. It's a good thing that you can adjust your bike to your personal needs and preferences thanks to the bearing shells for angle adjustment in the head tube - a little slacker for more stability, a little steeper for more agility. The choice is yours!
Downtube Storage
The Downtube Storage is simply perfect for safely transporting your belongings - a fully integrated and lockable compartment with removable dividers, a weatherproof cover and easy access. There's room for your rain jacket, for example - or a few snacks or gloves. So practical!
