Castelli's Nano Flex 3G fabric is the result of a decade of development. It's their best all-around fabric for winter tights: warm, stretchy, luxuriously soft, highly breathable and on top of that it features the proprietary third generation of nanotechnology water-repellent finish. While other companies are using simple chemical water-repellent finishes, Castelli creates a nanotechnology mechanical repellency to enhance a chemical DWR finish. You stay drier and more comfortable.
Even though this tight features Castelli's latest water-repellency technology, don't think of it as just a niche rain tight. The fabric makes for a great dry-weather tight, and the reduced-seam anatomical cut makes it extremely comfortable. These tights are equipped with the pro-level KISS Air2 seat pad along with a mesh bib and zippered ankles.

The super soft fabric next to your skin provides immediate and longlasting comfort. The pad is seamlessly engineered to reduce chafing and abrasion and flexible for full freedom of movement. Dual-density infinitely variable thickness gives you the perfect cushioning in every part of the pad. Maximum thickness and density in the ischial zone, tapering to moderate thickness under the perineum and minimum thickness at the perimeter. Comfort is further enhanced by the creation of a perfect interface to your body during every pedal stroke.

Fantastic bib tights for the price ! Warm and really showerproof. I've used them so far in temp. range from -3 deg. to + 9 deg. ( @-3 deg. and light snow fall you feel a bit cold, but once you are moving it's ok )
5 stars easily. Very good in wet, comfortable in dry. However, if used on dry conditions the temperature range is quite off. At above 10 deg. C they are too hot for anything but recovery ride. They might not be the best for extreme cold, but I certainly don't see a problem using them at below zero temperatures.

Meine erste Castelli Hose. Es hat schon etwas Überwindung gekostet, in dieser Preisklasse zuzugreifen. Dafür gibt's eine Hose wo das Sitzpolster endlich mal wirklich super passt, kaum aufträgt und trotzdem top Komfort gibt auch bei mehrstündigen Ausfahrten. Passform gut.
