Calculate frame size
The right size of your hardtail mountain-bike:
The Inside leg length is multiplied by 0.226 and thus you get the theoretical value of the frame size in inch. One inch equals 2.54 cm.
If the theoretical value is in-between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- choose the smaller size when riding athletically
- choose the larger size when riding tour-orientated
How to determine your Inside leg length:
The Inside leg length or stride height is the length of the inside of the leg. The most accurate way to measure your stride length is to use a spirit level and a tape measure or folding rule. Stand barefoot on a flat surface, clamp the spirit level horizontally between your legs and measure the distance from the upper edge of the spirit level to the ground. This value corresponds to your stride length.
Alternatively, you can also determine your frame height based on your height, see the table below. However, the method using inseam length is more accurate.

Frame-size in cm: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.61. Frame size in inch: multiply your Inside leg length by the factor 0.24.If the theoretical value lies between two sizes, the following rule of thumb can be applied:
- Rather the smaller frame size when riding sportsmanlikely
- Rather the next frame in size when riding tour-orientated
- Deduct approx. 5 cm (or 2 inches respectively) of the theoretical size when using spring-mounted seat posts.

Product information "Super Record X 1x13-speed Rear derailleur"
Campagnolo Super Record X - technology for extreme terrain
The Campagnolo Super Record X 1x13-speed rear derailleur has been consistently developed for professional gravel setups and performance-oriented frequent riders.
The new architecture under the sprocket set improves chain guidance and significantly reduces mechanical losses. An integrated miniature clutch stabilizes the drivetrain even on rough descents and high cadence. The extended carbon cage enables the use of extremely large cassettes for demanding elevation profiles. Differently dimensioned idler pulleys optimize the chain run across the entire range.
The electronic control unit works with position sensors and automatically corrects shifting movements. Thanks to universal mounting, the rear derailleur can be flexibly adapted to modern frame concepts.
Features - Campagnolo Super Record X 13-speed rear derailleur
- Gravel-specific high-performance groupset: The Super Record X redefines shifting in the gravel sector - extremely fast, precise and quiet, even under high loads and on demanding surfaces.
- Nano clutch for maximum chain stability: The integrated miniature clutch keeps the chain tension constant, prevents chain jumps on bumpy descents and ensures maximum stability off-road.
- Extended gear range: Redesigned carbon chain cage (92.5 mm) and idler pulley pack for cassettes up to 48 teeth - ideal for steep climbs and variable gravel sections.
- Optimized architecture and efficiency: Positioning of the rear derailleur under the sprocket set improves aerodynamics, alignment and smoothness; differentiated pulleys (12/16 teeth) guarantee low-friction chain running.
- Modern connectivity and power supply: Removable battery with a range of up to 750 km, quick charge to 100% in 60 minutes, USB-C connection and status display via LED, MyCampy app or bike computer.
- Maximum compatibility and premium design: attachment via UDH or classic derailleur hanger, UnLock system for manual unlocking, position sensor for automatic alignment and high-quality carbon and aluminum components with Campagnolo finish.
