BORN Ultra Liquid Gel is a high-performance energy gel for intense training sessions and competitions, providing 40 g of carbohydrates per serving. The 1:0.8 ratio of glucose to fructose enables rapid carbohydrate absorption, whilst added salt and magnesium help maintain electrolyte balance during exercise.
The gel can be taken without water and is available in various flavours; the Cherry-Cola flavour also contains 75 mg of caffeine.
