Good price! Very solid! Tested in the atlas mountain race twice. No problem at all
Just bought one, it looks seems excellent. Be very careful with the dimensions as the ones in the official descriptions are frustratingly misleading. The frame bag is a trapezoid that bikers want to fit perfectly in their frame so accurate dimensions for all FIVE sides are crucial. This is basic stuff, yet companies treat it like it is non-Euclidean geometry. I attempted contacting both bike-discount and blackburn and they failed to respond with accurate dimensions. Thus, your best bet is reviews, guesstimates and trial and error. I bought the Large version and I was able to measure it accurately. Top tube: 48cm | Head tube: 5cm | Seat tube closed: 14.5cm, open 26cm| bottom side closed: 35cm | diagonal between bottom side and head tube: 17cm I have now ordered the Medium version and I will try to measire it accurately too. Based on research however, it looks like the top tube length is 40cm and the head tube 4.5cm. The Small version is significantly smaller so it should fit almost all frames. The top tube seems to be 34cm. Good luck!
Die Tasche hinterlässt einen wertigen Eindruck und bietet ausreichend Stauraum für Kleinkram und Klamotten. Der erweiterbare Stauraum ist super und kann, wenn es eng wird, einen zusätzlichen Flüssigkeitsbehälter/ Trinkblase oder sonstige Dinge aufnehmen. Die Netz-Aussentauschen sind praktisch, so bieten sie mir Platz für einen kleinen MP 3 Player oder andere nützliche Dinge, auf die man während der Fahrt sofort zugreifen möchte. Die Tasche ist wie angegeben bis zu einer gewissen Intensität wasserabweisend. Wer keine wasserempfindlichen Utensilien in der Tasche verstaut, sollte damit gut hinkommen. Im Zweifelsfall kann man leichte Klamotten oder Technik in eine extra wasserdichte Tüte packen. Kritikpunkt: Die Größenangaben sind irreführend und hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Größe M fällt bei mir auf 39 cm Länge aus und schließt somit den "Größe S-Rahmen" (Focus Altlas 6.7) nicht vollständig aus, wie ursprünglich angenommen. Das tut der Qualität jedoch keinen Abbruch. Eine Kaufemfehlung möchte ich unter Vorbehalt aussprechen, denn Größenangaben sollten in ihrer Abweichung in einem vertretbaren Toleranzbereich bleiben. Die meisten Radler nehmen nämlich die Rahmengeometrie als Maßstab und nicht wenige davon möchten, dass der Rahmen komplett ausgefüllt wird. Das ist in meinem Fall nicht gegeben, jedoch habe ich mich damit arrangiert. Verradelte Grüße gehen raus.
Hervorragendes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr robust, der Reißverschluss hält sehr viel aus. In Large lässt sie in meinem 2XL-Rahmen noch Platz für Flasche und Schloss.
Top! Performance: Gut verarbeitet und robust. Definitiv wasserabweisend - bei leichtem Regen ist alles trocken geblieben - bei starkem Regen bisher noch nicht getestet. Getrocknete Schlammspritzer lassen sich einfach abreiben. Die Ausklappmöglichkeit bietet zusätzlich viel Stauraum, man bekommt quasi zwei Taschen zum Preis von einer. Wirklich tolles Feature! Die Befestigungsgurte - 5 kurze mit Klettverschluss, 2 mit Schnalle (einmal lang, einmal sehr lang) lassen sich dank unzähliger Schlaufen überall an der Tasche anbringen, sie sind sehr stabil und zuverlässig, nichts hat sich gelöst. Form: Passt gut auf klassische Gravelbike-Geometrie mit leicht abfallendem Oberrohr. Größe M passte gut auf meinen 50er Rahmen (Unterseite Oberrohr misst 47cm, Tasche war mit 45cm angegeben). Mit den beiden langen Schnallengurten konnten Zeltstangen zwischen Tasche und Oberrohr fest und sicher verstaut werden. Darunter wird der Platz für die Flasche knapp, ich empfehle einen Flaschenhalter an Sattel, Gabel oder Lenker anzubringen, sodass man die Tasche bei Bedarf unterwegs vergrößern kann. Bonus: Mit Kleidern ausgestopft kann man sie als Kopfkissen verwenden. Etwas fest, hat aber genau die richtige Höhe auch für Seitenschläfer. Klare Kaufempfehlung! Love this bag! Seems sturdy and has been waterproof in light rain. Easy to clean. Comes with 5 velcro straps and 2 longer buckle straps that can be mounted anywhere on the bag thanks to countless strap loops. The expanding option is absolutely priceless! Fits nicely onto a classic gavelbike frame. Size M fits my 50cm / 20" frame perfectly. The two longer straps allowed me to securely transport tent poles between bag and top tube with no additional straps needed. Not quite enough room underneath for easy bottle access (size M), so I'd recommend mounting your bottle cage elsewhere, which would also allow you to spontaneously expand the bag if needed. Stuffed with clothes, the bag makes a firm pillow thick enough for side sleepers.
It looks very good on the bike and the material looks very solid. What I didn't liked is how it looks expanded. The bottom material does not stretch unless you put in there something really heavy. I confirm it's smaller that in description. My large has only 482mm instead of 508.
Actually, the size is smaller. Medium length is 41 cm.
