With the Best-Price guarantee we give you the chance to purchase an item, you found cheaper at an online competitor, at that same price with us.

1. Which conditions have to be met in order to grant your BEST PRICE inquiry?

  • The competitor has not filed for insolvency.
  • The product is labeled with the Best-Price button
    (which can be found on the product details page as well as in the shopping cart).
  • The price difference per product is €1 or more.
  • The offer at the competitor has to be permanent. We can check the bestprice inquiries during our office hours only.
  • The product is exactly the same as ordered
    (size, colour, model year, finish etc.).
  • The product is readily available at the competitor.
    ("Readily available" means the product is in stock and could be send out by the competitor within 4 days.)
  • Ebay offers or auctions are excluded.
  • The competitor is a professional supplier with its headquarters within the Euro-Zone.
  • The Best Price inquiry can’t be combined with other special offers
  • The Best Price inquiry cant not be combined with bike leasing

2. How will you receive the BEST PRICE?

The products eligable for best price inquiries are labeled with the best price button.

Please click on the best price button. A pop up window will open up and you can fill in the required information we need to check your inquiry.

  • Please copy the internet address (URL) for the specific product (product details) at the competitor site and paste it to „Link to competitor“.
  • To avoid confusion in case the price is different once we check the inquiry, please also copy the price for the product at the time of your inquiry. Of course the prices may vary even in a short amount of time.
  • We copy the competitor’s conditions when granting the best price, meaning we also copy their shipping costs. This also applies when you ordered without shipping cost at with us at first.

Next please save your inquiry and place the product in your shopping cart. The saved best price inquiry is transmitted only when you finalize the order with us.

3. What happens once you send the BEST PRICE inquiry to us?

Once of our team members will check your inquiry to see if all the conditions for the best price are met (see point 1). Then it depends on which payment method you chose:

Creditcard, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (Klarna), Amazon Pay

Please note when placing the order the full amount is charged at first. After the inquiry is processed by one of our team members we will adjust the price accordingly. The difference is refunded once the parcel is shipped out. “No news is good news.” If the best price is granted we will NOT contact you, only if there are any questions we will get in touch with you to see how we should proceed.

Payment in advance

If the best price is granted, we will send you the updated order confirmation by email displaying the lower amount due. You will have to pay the lower amount only. In case the best price inquiry is denied we will get in touch with you to see how we should proceed.

Cash on delivery

If the best price is granted, we will adjust the price and process your order. “No news is good news.” If the best price is granted we will NOT contact you, only if there are any questions we will get in touch with you to see how we should proceed.

Shipping cost at the competitor:
If the best price is granted we will copy the competitor’s conditions. Meaning we copy the price but also their shipping costs.

Link to one competitor:
When ordering one or more products and all are cheaper at the same competitor, we will calculate the shipping costs like you would have placed the complete order at the competitor.

Link to different competitors:
When ordering several products and noting several competitors we will charge the highest shipping costs of the competitors once. It is unlikely you would have been able to place the complete order with one competitor.

In case we can’t grant the best price:
In some cases we can’t grant the best price. If this is the case we will contact you before processing the order. You then have the chance to send us a different link where you find the product at a better price, you can cancel the product or the complete order or you can just keep the order for our prices.
