The latest generation of the GT Wind Vest can do far more than just keep out a cool breeze. The new Buster textile is now used on the front and back, replacing the previous mesh back panel and thus offering complete protection from wind and rain. At the same time, Buster can be compressed much smaller than the previous material, making the waistcoat easier to stow in a jersey pocket. The double-slider zip also increases functionality and allows ventilation from above or below as well as easy access to the jersey pockets underneath.

- Buster textile: Front and back panels are made of Buster textile, a tightly woven material with water-repellent reinforcement that blocks wind and light precipitation or splash water. Sens Air side panels increase elasticity and breathability in less exposed areas.
- Double Slide Zipper:two-slider construction for easy access to jersey pockets and ventilation from above or below.
- Eco DWR: environmentally friendly water repellent finish that allows water to bead up and run off instead of soaking in.
