The AZX575 1 1/8"-1.8" ZS56/28.6|ZS66/45.8 (special size) semi-integrated headset from Acros, featuring a glass-fibre-reinforced headset cap (32.52.007-OD62) for integrated cable routing (ICR) allows the fitting of 1.8" tapered forks to frames with a press-fit dimension of 56 mm at the top and 66 mm at the bottom. The bearing set consists of one stainless steel angular contact ball bearing with a vulcanised seal for each side, providing optimum protection for the headset bearing against moisture and dirt. Zerostack (ZS) designs are extremely common, as they combine the advantages of low profile and bearing cups.
Centring ring for cable routing, including an IPS seal to provide additional protection for the headset bearing against moisture and dirt. Compatible with the ZS56 integrated headset top piece with integrated cable routing, in conjunction with a 1 1/8" (28.6 mm) steerer tube. Furthermore, the centring ring can be opened on one side, allowing it to be replaced without removing the cables.
