The fully integrated headset 1 1/8"-1.5" IS52/28,6|IS52/40 from Acros with glass fiber reinforced plastic cap for integrated cable routing (ICR) allows the mounting of 1 1/8"-1.5" tapered forks in frames with 52 mm top and 52 mm bottom of the head tube. The ICR headset cap has an outer diameter of 56 mm and a height of 9.5 mm.
Headsets are inconspicuous, but indispensable. Above all, however, a headset is more complex than it seems at first glance. The two sealing washers with double lip seal keep the grease securely inside the industrial ball bearing and prevent moisture and dirt from penetrating the bearing. Acros thus offers you long-lasting function, no matter what.
Centering ring for the cable guide incl. IPS seal as additional protection for the headset bearing against moisture and dirt. Compatible with the integrated headset top part is52 with integrated cable routing in conjunction with 1 1/8" (28.6 mm) steerer tube. In addition, the centering ring can be opened on one side so that it can be replaced without removing the cables.
