Excellent quality. Buy 1 size higher than what you have in running shoes (I have 44-45 in ordinary European shoes, 46 in running shoes and got these in 47. They are quite wide.
Sehr schön verarbeiteter, aber auch schwerer, Schuh. Größe 46 passt für mich bei bisher allen gekauften SHIMANO Schuhen (Road & mtb). Der Hinweis den SH-MX7 eine Nummer größer zu bestellen ist leider irreführend. In meinem Fall, ist 47 zu groß.

Les chaussures sont très solides et tiennent bien au pied. Mais, contrairement à ce qui est affirmé dans le descriptif, elles ne sont pas du tout respirantes, et même particulièrement chaudes. En moins d'une heure, les pieds sont trempés... Ne peuvent être utiles que par temps très froid. Die Schuhe sind sehr robust und sitzen gut am Fuß. Aber im Gegensatz zu dem, was in der Beschreibung behauptet wird, sind sie überhaupt nicht atmungsaktiv und sogar besonders warm. Innerhalb einer Stunde sind die Füße durchnässt... Sie können nur bei sehr kaltem Wetter nützlich sein.
Sicher ein guter Schuh, aber die Größenangaben sind Schrott. Habe eine Nummer größer bestellt und trotzdem sind die Schuhe viel zu klein! Es kommt nicht nur auf die Länge der Sohle an, sonder auch auf den Platz im Schuh!!!
Toller Schuh, sehr gute Verarbeitung und robust! Fahre schon regelmäßig 3 Jahre damit und passt immer noch Perfekt! Habe eine Nummer größer bestellt!

Have the for almost one year and wore them exclusively for 2 months in the Andes. They held up great, the sole hasn't gone bad like in other shoes (like the Giro Terraduro). Comfy for walking, and reasonably efficient when cycling. Heavier than other shoes, and less rigid/efficient, but it is expected for its class. I was very impressed with them overall, especially by the durability.
I've been riding those intensively for 4 seasons.... The best mtb shoes ever! I'm even thinking of buying the same pare once again :)
Ich gebe selten Bewertungen ab, hier jedoch bin ich von diesen Schuhe so begeistert, dass ich das gerne teilen möchte. Ich war jetzt drei Wochen in den Alpen mit dem MTB unterwegs und dieses Paar war nebst tollem und festem Trittgefühl, auch perfekt im Alltag und sogar auf zwei Wanderungen. Da können selbst meine Wanderschuhe eines namhaften Herstellers nicht mithalten. Auf dem Reschenpass erwischte mich stärker Regen und bevor ich nasse Füße bekam, war ich zunächst selbst durchnässt. Insgesamt sei gesagt, tolle Verarbeitung, angenehmer Tragekompfort, absolut wind- und wasserdicht so wie schnelltrockend, wenn die Schuhe wegen kurzer Hose doch nass werden sollten. Ich werde mir noch ein zweites Paar zulegen, bevor es die Schuhe irgendwann nicht mehr zu kaufen gibt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
Ich habe die Schuhe bis jetzt nur einmal beim Regen mit meinem MTB und Flat Pedalen getestet. Die Schuhe sind bequem und sitzen gut auf dem Fuß. Ich habe Größe 45 (normalerweise trage ich Größe 43) bestellt. Die Schuhe rutschen etwas auf den Flat Pedalen beim Regen. Ansonsten finde ich die Schuhe ganz gut.
Habe normalerweise Schuhgröße 41,5. Besitze einen alten Shimanoschuh in Größe 43. Dieser Schuh war mir in 43 viel zu groß. Die Einlegesohle des nachbestellten Größe 42 entspricht exakt meinem bisherigen Shimano Größe 43. Von daher scheinen die Shimano Größen wie das Wetter zu sein, äußerst wechselhaft. Zwei Sterne Abzug gibt es für den Abschluss an der obersten Schuhbandöse. Diese ist sowohl innen wie außen auf beiden Schuhen sehr hart genäht und drückt anfänglich recht unangenehm. Hier scheint zudem die Zunge etwas knapp bemessen zu sein. Hoffe dass der Schuh im Laufe der Zeit noch weicher wird.
Materialien sind gut gewählt und verarbeitet. Gute Passform und genug Steifigkeit in der Sohle.
