Water proof trekking shoes, rain pants and gaiters are better for heavier rain. With these water sneaks in from under the overshoe. Not very easy to wear, but complies.
It looks good and durable but the strap on the calves is elastic material which can slide down and would potentially leak under pouring rain. I think this is acceptable though.
Wirklich toll.
Excellent overshoes. However, they do their business only with the waterproof pants over them. I used a motorcycle raincoat with them. Water penetrates only from below at high speed through a deep puddle, when the flow of water from under the wheels forcefully hits the shoes. I ride an electric fatbike. Therefore, for use on an ordinary bike, they should be enough. Their length ensures that slightly pinched pants will not bare your legs. Dress for a minute. Hold well, but sometimes the lower clasp can be unfastened. I took the size L (40-43) for my Shimano shoes (44). I do not recommend taking 40-43 for the size of shoes 45 or more (the lower buckle may not be buttoned). I tried to ride with them without waterproof pants (raincoat). Even their length does not save from strong splashes from the wheels and rain. The spray penetrates from above (getting on the pants) and gradually drain into the shoes. I recommend wearing waterproof pants with these overshoes.
Diese Überschuhe halten was sie versprechen. Sie sitzen wie sie sollen und lassen kein Wasser an die Schuhe. Selbst großen Wasserpfützen halten sie stand.
