If you have selected an EU Country as the delivery address and then want to export the goods to Switzerland yourself, please follow the steps below:

If you export the goods outside the EU we can refund the VAT if you submit a copy of your invoice along with the original „export certificate. Please keep a copy for your records and send the documents in by mail.

The total value of the goods supplied, including VAT, must exceed EUR 50.

Country specific taxes or custom/import fees:

In addition to the shipping costs charged by us there may be further charges due when importing the goods. Those are usually local taxes and if applicable custom fees.

Important information on returning items of from Switzerland and other non-EU countries.

The following documents must be enclosed with the return:

• Completed customs declaration (CN23 Form)
• A copy of the original invoice

Please attach these required customs documents to the outside of the package in a delivery note pocket.

• Every parcel is checked by customs, you will be charged custom fees.
• For returned goods, that you had to pay custom fees for, you may be able to receive a refund of the Vat charged from the local customs office.
