Assos uses the warmest RX thermal fabric as the main textile - thermo-regulating, breathable and water-repellent.

- SPHERE Ultra: is the most versatile of the wind- and waterproof SPHERE softshells. The breathable, stormproof membrane is not insulated. It is therefore supplemented with the ultra-insulating RX Extreme Thermotextil in a twinDeck construction, providing additional protection in critical areas
- RX Extreme textile: is the most robust insulating material in the RX family. It is a roughened, insulating material with high breathability and a water-repellent finish that warms and protects the knee area as well as two layers of a less insulating textile.
- WINTERFOAM: wraps the mid-body and lower abdomen with breathable, storm-proof thermoregulation - protection and insulation without discomfort
- AEPD 11 racingFit: aerodynamic second-skin fit developed based on feedback from the WorldTour, offering the body all-round compression and stability
- bodyMapping Tec: A double-layer construction that does not hinder pedaling. The two layers are joined together on one side so that the inner thermal layer moves with the body while the storm-proof outer layer floats on top
