The outsole has a Climbing Zone in the toe area, which ensures optimum grip on easy climbing passages. The grippy POMOCA® rubber compound provides secure grip on both dry and wet surfaces.
The approach shoe also has a C.F.F. footbed (Costum Fit Footbed), which allows individual adjustment and supports the arch of the foot. With the Climbing Lacing system, the toe area can be laced precisely, enabling an even more precise approach.

Climbing Lacing offers precise lacing in the toe area of the shoe for more support and performance in difficult terrain.
Pomoca®
Description Pomoca® Gliding Path supports the natural s-shaped rolling movement of the foot. A special s-shaped lug construction, the Gliding Path, ensures a smooth rolling motion and reduces deformation energy. A traction zone next to the glide path provides grip on different terrains thanks to the lug structure.
Gore-Tex®
When it comes to technical clothing, GORE-TEX® fabrics are at the forefront of waterproofness, breathability and durability. The GORE-TEX® membrane is completely waterproof and windproof while allowing evaporated perspiration to escape. The membrane consists of pores (1.4 billion pores per square centimeter) that are 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, but 700 times larger than a water vapor molecule, so that water cannot penetrate, but the skin can breathe. The durability was tested in the laboratory by simulating the most extreme atmospheric conditions.
