The Ohio Winter GTX® winter shoes offer maximum comfort and are equipped with GORE-TEX Insulated Comfort Footwear woven fur, an AIR-ACTIVE® winter footbed and the Meindl Magic Light Trail sole.
So make sure you choose the right material mix: 100% cotton absorbs a lot of moisture and only releases it very slowly. Moisture remains on the foot and the feet cool down. A mixture of high-quality virgin sheep's wool (e.g. merino) and synthetic fibers (e.g. polyester, polyamide) is therefore advantageous.
