Smoother, lighter, more tunable and more powerful than ever before: The Fox Racing 34 A Float 29" Performance 130 3Pos Grip Tapered Boost
Designed for aggressive trails, the 34 Performance Series features a GRIP shock, a FLOAT air spring and a super-lightweight chassis for maximum reliability and control.
Modern frame designs and geometry trends require modern suspension design solutions. The arch design is designed to fit perfectly with modern trail bikes. Head tube profiles have become ever larger and fork offsets ever shorter. The new arch shape takes these requirements into account by projecting forwards to provide sufficient clearance for the head tube at full compression.
The EVOL air spring returns with the same legendary suppleness and longevity and now features an enlarged negative air spring on 34s to help with mid-stroke support.
The Performance Series forks have the same black anodised 7000 series aluminium tubes as the Performance Elite, but are paired with a GRIP damper.

Technologies
GRIP damper
The motorsport-inspired GRIP damper uses our FIT technology with sealed cartridge in combination with an independent float piston with air spring. The GRIP allows excess oil to escape through special ports on the top of the damper to maintain consistent damping and increase durability. The Performance Series forks have an open, medium and firm mode with additional micro-adjustment between settings.
FLOAT air spring - patented air equalisation technology
The FLOAT air suspension system for the 32, 34 and 40 is lighter and reduces the compression release force, providing excellent ride comfort and better response to small bumps for all riders and at all compression settings. Similar to our FLOAT shocks, the new FLOAT system has positive and negative air springs that automatically equalise in use to give the rider exactly the desired suspension behaviour. The progressivity of the spring characteristic can be adjusted via air volume spacers, allowing the rider to fine-tune the spring behaviour of the air spring.
EVOL
A more linear spring curve gives EVOL forks and shocks smoother top-end spring behaviour, extra mid-travel support and more tunable end progression. EVOL technology has an increased negative air spring volume. Specially positioned and dimensioned with optimum sensitivity to small bumps.
Air Volume Spacers
The FLOAT air spring on Fox forks and shocks can be fine-tuned by using volume spacers to make the suspension elements more progressive or less progressive. This allows the rider to fine-tune the suspension exactly to their needs.
15QR
Avoid performance losses due to a thru axle of inferior quality. In co-operation with Shimano, we have developed an axle that is extremely light and stiff and can be fitted without tools. You'll appreciate the reliability of this thru-axle when you're riding over rocks, roots and through bushes.

25 % higher stiffness against lateral shear forces - Thanks to 25 % higher stiffness against lateral shear forces, the fork legs function as a synchronised unit. The result is higher suspension performance and directional stability of the front wheel when uneven lateral forces act on the wheel.
15% higher torsional stiffness - The legendary torsional stiffness of our fork has been increased by a further 15% to further improve handling.
